It was another workout for our maiden stock. Three riders were walking to the yard for their mounts. Kiara White who was the only female jockey in the race and she was on the other palomino filly which was in our stable, and didn't have a good year last year as well. Baylee Shepherd went towards the bay filly Misty and he got on her, hoping for a better ride this year. Lastly Aaron Smith was on the only colt racing today and our handsome creamy as well, who had a amazing run last year and he mount up on him.

The three horses all in different colours, like they were fading from light to dark, on the turf breezing a little, loosing the muscles. Once all their muscles were all loosen, the three horses went towards the gates. Rain was first loaded in, followed by Misty and Baylee. The gates were shut like five seconds before they sprung open really quickly. Firstly to break was Misty and she immediately went straight into the lead, while Baylee and Rain were behind settling in their positions.

Baylee made his move along the quarter mile mark and came along Misty's withers, challenging her for the lead, even though the final mark haven't came yet. Rain stayed in her position not making her move yet, though she was speeding up a little, while Misty was trailing slowly as she losing her stamina again.

The final furlongs was coming up and even Rain took over Misty and started to increase up towards Baylee rump. Though Baylee broke more and quickly strengthen his lead, and not given up his lead that easily, the finishing line was finally in sight and he won by just by half length, as Rain kept on fighting even though Baylee saw the track more than her, she still gave it all her all. Misty finally finished the workout by six length from the main leader, which was due to her leading to soon. Turning back to the yard, the jockeys dismounted, gave their mounts to the grooms and looked at the scheduled for their next mounts.
